\nEuroopa Parlamendi 17. detsembril 2015 vastu v\u00f5etud \u00fcldine andmekaitse m\u00e4\u00e4rus (General Data Protection Regulation \u2013 GDPR) j\u00f5ustub 25. mail 2018. aastal ja asendab ELi andmekaitsedirektiivi 95\/46 \/ E\u00dc.
\nKui kasutate BALTIC LASERS teenused, palume esitada teavet, sealhulgas Teie isiklikud andmed, mis on vaja ilu- ja tervishoiuteenuste osutamiseks.
\nSelleks peate n\u00f5ustuma isikuandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemisega.
\nIsikuandmed (edaspidi ka andmed) on Teie kui eraisikuga konkreetselt vo\u0303i kaudselt seostatavad andmed.
\nK\u00f5iki isikuandmeid, mille Te BALTIC LASERS\u2019ile esitate, k\u00e4sitletakse suurima ettevaatlikkuse ja t\u00e4helepanuga.
\nBALTIC LASERS kasutab isikuandmeid ainult oma kohustuste t\u00e4itmiseks teenuste osutamisel antud Korra alusel.
\nKord kehtib ko\u0303ikide BALTIC LASERS\u2019i klientide kliendiandmete to\u0308o\u0308tlemisele, sh enne korra jo\u0303ustumist tekkinud kliendisuhetele.
\nBALTIC LASERS tagab kliendiandmete konfidentsiaalsuse rakendades selleks vajalikke organisatsioonilisi, fu\u0308u\u0308silisi ja infotehnoloogilisi turvameetmeid.
\nBALTIC LASERS to\u0308o\u0308tleb kliendiandmeid peamiselt ilu- ja tervishoiuteenuste osutamiseks.
\nBALTIC LASERS omab \u00f5igust edastada kliendi delikaatseid andmeid edasi seaduse alusel. BALTIC LASERS\u2019il on \u00f5igus kliendiandmeid edastada teistele BALTIC LASERS\u2019uga samasse konsolideerumisgruppi kuuluvatele ettev\u00f5tetele, kes v\u00f5ivad kliendiandmeid t\u00f6\u00f6delda k\u00e4esoleva korras toodud ulatuses ja eesm\u00e4rkidel.
\nKui Klient leiab, et tema Kliendiandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemine ei ole \u00f5igusaktide, temaga s\u00f5lmitud lepingu v\u00f5i k\u00e4esoleva korra kohaselt lubatud, on tal \u00f5igus n\u00f5uda oma Kliendiandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemise, avalikustamise ja\/v\u00f5i neile juurdep\u00e4\u00e4su v\u00f5imaldamise l\u00f5petamist ja\/v\u00f5i kogutud Kliendiandmete kustutamist.
\nPa\u0308rast lepingu lo\u0303ppemist ja\u0308tkab BALTIC LASERS kliendiandmete to\u0308o\u0308tlemist, kui see on vajalik, et ta\u0308ita o\u0303igusaktis ette na\u0308htud kohustust vo\u0303i sa\u0308ilitada andmeid kliendiga so\u0303lmitud lepingust tuleneva vaidluse lahendamiseks. BALTIC LASERS sa\u0308ilitab ja t\u00f6\u00f6tleb kliendiandmeid nii kaua, kui on vajalik Kliendiandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemise eesm\u00e4rkide saavutamiseks v\u00f5i \u00f5igusaktidest tulenevate kohustuste t\u00e4itmiseks.
\nBALTIC LASERS to\u0308o\u0308tleb kliendiandmeid kliendi no\u0303usolekul, et la\u0308bi viia turunduskampaaniaid, loteriisid ja loosimisi, uurida tarbijaharjumusi ja rahuolu ning pakkuda ja reklaamida kliendile BALTIC LASERS\u2019i ka BALTIC LASERS\u2019i koost\u00f6\u00f6partnerite poolt osutatavaid teenuseid.
\nKliendil on \u00f5igus igal ajal keelata teda k\u00e4sitlevate andmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemine tarbijaharjumuste uurimiseks v\u00f5i otseturustuseks ja andmete \u00fcleandmine kolmandatele isikutele, kes soovivad neid kasutada tarbijaharjumuste uurimiseks v\u00f5i otseturustuseks.
\nBALTIC LASERS klientidel on \u00f5igus andmete u\u0308lekandmisele teisele isikuandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlejale. O\u0303igus andmete u\u0308lekandmisele annab Teile ta\u0308iendava kontrolli oma isikuandmete u\u0308le. Vo\u0303imaldame Teil masinloetaval kujul lasta oma isikuandmed teisele ilu- ja tervishoiuteenuse osutajale otse edastada (eeldusel, et teisel iskul on vo\u0303imalus neid andmeid sellisel kujul ka vastu vo\u0303tta). Juhime ta\u0308helepanu, et me ei saa tagada seda ega ole vastutavad selle eest, kas teine isik on vo\u0303imeline neid isikuandmeid vastu vo\u0303tma.
\nKlient vo\u0303ib BALTIC LASERS\u2019ilt ku\u0308sida enda kohta ka\u0308ivaid andmeid ja no\u0303uda oma andmete parandamist, kui need on muutunud vo\u0303i muul po\u0303hjusel ebata\u0308psed. Vastava taotlusega peab klient po\u0308o\u0308rduma (vajadusel kirjalikku taasesitamist vo\u0303imaldavas vormis) BALTIC LASERS poole.
\nBALTIC LASERS vastab esitatud no\u0303udele o\u0303igusaktidega ettena\u0308htud ta\u0308htajal, kuid mitte hiljem kui u\u0308he kuu jooksul, arvestades no\u0303ude saamise pa\u0308evast. Kui enne vastuse koostamist on vaja asjaolusid po\u0303hjalikumalt selgitada ja kontrollida, vo\u0303ib BALTIC LASERS vastamise ta\u0308htaega pikendada.
\nKlient vo\u0303ib no\u0303udaBALTIC LASERS\u2019ilt oma andmete to\u0308o\u0308tlemise lo\u0303petamist, v.a juhul, kui andmete to\u0308o\u0308tlemise o\u0303igus ja kohustus tuleneb seadusest vo\u0303i kui see on vajalik kliendiga so\u0303lmitud lepingu ta\u0308itmiseks vo\u0303i ta\u0308itmise tagamiseks.
\nKliendiandmete to\u0308o\u0308tlemisega seotud lahkarvamused lahendatakse eelko\u0303ige la\u0308bira\u0308a\u0308kimiste teel. Procedure for customer data processing <\/h1>\r\nValid since 25.05.2018. \r\n\r\nThe General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), adopted by the European Parliament on December 17, 2015, entered into force on May 25, 2018, and replaced the EU Directive on Data Protection 95\/46 \/ EC. \r\n\r\nWhen you use the BALTIC LASERS services, we ask you to provide us with information, including personal data, which we need to give you, our services. \r\n\r\nTo do so, you must consent to the processing of personal data. \r\n\r\nPersonal data (hereinafter also data) is the data that you can directly or indirectly associate with you as a private person. \r\n\r\nWe treat the personal information that you provide to the BALTIC LASERS with utmost respect and accuracy. \r\n\r\nThe BALTIC LASERS will use your personal information only to fulfil its obligations while providing you services on the basis of this procedure. \r\n\r\nThe procedure is applied to the processing of customer data of all BALTIC LASERS clients, including with respect to customer data that was generated before the present procedure came into force. \r\n\r\nThe BALTIC LASERS ensures the confidentiality of customer data by applying the necessary organizational, physical and information technology security measures. \r\n\r\nThe BALTIC LASERS processes customer data, mainly providing services of certified medical equipment selling and training in modern methods of medicine and aesthetics. \r\n\r\nThe BALTIC LASERS has the right to transmit customer data in accordance with the requirements of the law. The BALTIC LASERS has the right to transfer customer data to other companies belonging to the same consolidation group as the BALTIC LASERS, which can process customer data for the purposes specified in this procedure. \r\n\r\nUpon termination of the contract, the BALTIC LASERS will continue processing the customer data if it is necessary to fulfil the obligation provided for in a legal act or to save the data for resolving the dispute arising from the contract concluded with the client. The BALTIC LASERS stores and processes customer data as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing customer data or to fulfil its obligations under the law and the contract. \r\n\r\nThe BALTIC LASERS processes customer data with the consent of the client for marketing campaigns, lotteries and drawings, studying consumer behaviour and satisfaction, and also for offering and advertising the services of the BALTIC LASERS and its partners to the client. \r\n\r\nThe customer always has the right to prohibit the processing of his data for the study of consumer behaviour or for direct marketing and data transfer to third parties, who want to use them for studying consumer behaviour or for direct marketing. \r\n\r\nWe draw your attention to the fact that we cannot guarantee and are not responsible for whether another person is able to accept your personal data. \r\n\r\nThe customer may request information about himself and demand corrections from BALTIC LASERS to his data if they have changed or are inaccurate for another reason. The client must apply a relevant request (if necessary \u2013 in a form that allows written proceedings) to the BALTIC LASERS. \r\n\r\nThe BALTIC LASERS responds to the claims submitted within the time period stipulated in legal acts, but no later than within one month from the date of receipt of a claim. If, before drawing up a response, there is a need to more carefully ascertain and verify the circumstances, the BALTIC LASERS may extend the period for response. \r\n\r\nThe client may request BALTIC LASERS to terminate processing of its data, except for cases when the right and duty of data processing is derived from the legislation, or when it is necessary to execute the contract or to ensure such execution. \r\n\r\nDisagreements related to the processing of customer data are primarily resolved through negotiations. In case of failure, the client can contact the Data Protection Inspectorate or file a complaint with the competent court.
