Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions apply to all registered persons (hereinafter “customer”) in the shopping environment managed by Medical Management OÜ (e-store owner).

In addition to the following conditions, Medical Management OÜ regulates the purchase of products and related / emerging legal relations through e-shops managed by the Republic of Estonia on the basis of the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

Medical Management OÜ has the right to make comprehensive changes, improvements and developments in this e-shop without notifying the customer in advance.
Changes and other additions to the terms and conditions and the price list will be notified to the customer via the website.
Amendments and supplements to the Terms and Conditions and the Price List shall enter into force from the moment the respective amendment or supplement is published on the website.
Medical Management OÜ confirms that it operates in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Competition Act, the Commercial Activities Act, the Commercial Act and the Advertising Act in force in the Republic of Estonia.
The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a Customer should be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects

ORDERING

Choose the products you like by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Adding to the shopping cart does not oblige the customer to make a purchase. If the product cannot be added to the shopping cart or the shopping cart button is not displayed, the product is currently unavailable. Information on product availability can be requested by e-mail or telephone. These products will usually arrive in stock shortly and can be re-ordered.

You can change the number of different products in the shopping cart by changing the number after the product + -; “0” (deletes) and clicking the “Update” link at the bottom to confirm.

To place an order, click on the “Place an order” link, after which you will be directed to the transport selection page, where it is also possible to make changes in the consignee’s / consignee’s data / addresses by clicking on the “Change address” link. However, you must first select the country where you want to receive the goods.

On the transport selection page, select the most appropriate method from the options you want / suggest and click ‘Continue.’
On the next “Payment Info” page, you can make changes to the payer’s data (optional) in case the payer is someone other than the registered person or the addressee / consignee on the previous page.

Clicking “Continue” will take you to the last page, where you can double-check all the information entered, the products and quantities to be purchased, and confirm the order by clicking on the “Confirm Order” link.
The contract for the sale of the products is considered concluded from the moment of clicking on the order confirmation link.

A confirmation of the submitted order will also be sent to your e-mail address together with the invoice. You can also view your order history, invoices, and products under the “My Account” and “Order History” links.

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

  • You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process.
  • We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
  • When your product is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
  • Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered is unavailable from stock.
  • The product you ordered is unavailable for delivery to your selected delivery country.
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error.
  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

At busy times orders may take 2-3 days to be dispatched.

PAYMENT

We accept payment in Euro (€).
We do not hold any credit card details. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider’s website.
We do not sell products to children.

RETURNS

We understand that occasionally you may need to return a product purchased from our website. Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and provide clarity on the process. Please read the following terms carefully.
Return Period: You may return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the package remains undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns outside of this period.
Condition of the Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Any signs of wear and tear may result in a refusal of the return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the stipulated return period. You will be required to provide your order details and reason for the return. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping: If the return is due to a change of mind or non-faulty product, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
Damaged Packages: If the package containing the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process a refund or replacement.

You should be aware that this site is being monitored and may capture information about your visit that will help us improve the quality of our service.
We confirm that any Personal Information which you provide to us and any User Information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissioner’s Office. We use your information only for the following purposes:

  • Processing your orders.
  • For statistical or survey purposes to improve this Website and its services to you.
  • To serve Website content and advertisements to you.
  • To administer this Website.
  • If you consent, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

You have the right to ask us to give you a statement about the personal data we process about you, to rectify your data, or to delete your information, to withdraw your consent given for processing of personal data, or to remove you from our mailing lists.

Delivery Information

We deliver to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.

OMNIVA PARCEL MACHINE
3,80€ + KM for parcels delivered within Estonia;
7,60€ + KM for parcels delivered to Latvia;
8,70€ + KM for parcels delivered to Lithuania;

FINLAND
Delivery of products to Finland is carried out with the help of the ITELLA PARCEL MACHINE
The price is fixed at 13 + KM euros for S, M and L parcel size.

Receiving the parcel

As soon as the parcel has arrived at the destination parcel machine, an SMS with all the necessary instructions on how to receive the parcel will be sent to the phone number listed in the order. Then, you need to go to the respective parcel machine and enter the code received in the SMS on the touch screen display of the parcel machine. This will open the right locker door and the parcel is yours! The parcel needs to be picked up within seven days from its arrival at the parcel machine.
